Throughout the course of my ministry, I’ve had so many opportunities to learn, so many experiences that I’ve gotten to share. And through it all, I’ve seen God work in ways that I had never imagined!

So as I look at the next few days, I feel this tension, this anticipation. As leaders gather at for C3 2011, I’m searching for exactly what God wants me to say.

What do I say to the pastor who’s just starting out?
Or to the one who has all but thrown in the towel?
What do I say to the leader who has hit the virtual wall?
Or to the one who wants to elevate his ministry?

I am so proud of the work that our C3 Conferences and C3 Global do to unite churches from around the world.  And as I look toward all that will happen as a result of this week, I pray that what God is going to do in the life of every leader here is translated through the words I speak.
