C3 On the Road – Myrtle Beach

Posted on April 22, 2008

Myrtle Beach has always held a special place in my heart. It's where Lisa and I used to go with our friends during high school. I remember the big time was "First Week at the Beach."  We always spent the first week of summer break there, and we have some special memories from those years.Well, we're heading back to Myrtle Beach on April 28! Wave After Wave

Posted on April 15, 2008

Our leadership team is still recovering from the loss of Vanessa Whitwell, who served our staff for nearly a decade. Wherever you turn at Fellowship you see her thumbprint on something. What do you do on your day off? Now that is a great question. Maybe a better one is do you actually take a day off? Yeah, we talk about it. But do we actually do it? When I have the opportunity to speak to leaders I talk about the importance of living in the rhythm that God has given us; working six days and taking a day off. And I talk about backing off from technology and disengaging. But today, I'm finding myself doing this blog...on my day ...

Technical apology

Posted on March 14, 2008

It's no secret that I'm not the most technologically advanced person. iphones, ipods, macbook air, gps systems...sometimes it's way too advanced for me. So starting a blog like this is one of those things that I'm excited about, yet also a little unsure. Maybe unsure isn't the right word. Maybe it's doubtful, a little anxious, apprehensive. But I think you know what I mean. So as you check in from time to time, understand something ... you may ...
